Recognizing High Performers

The first thing we need to identify is what is a high performer? Here are a few key words that come to mind: Initiative, Communication, Drive, Focus, Above and Beyond, Accountable and Skilled…just to name a few. I ran across this article: https://www.cultureamp.com/blog/how-to-recognize-your-top-performing-employees where it states that Recognition is a powerful tool when it comes to employee performance. When done correctly, a thoughtful recognition program can boost critical metrics such as engagement and productivity levels.
